  • Payment must be sent to the IAQ Program office upon registration and received no later than 1 week prior to the course.
  • Cancellation policy: Cancellations received in writing up to one week before the workshop will be issued a full refund. Cancellations received less than one week of the workshop will be charged for 50% of the course fee. Delegate substitution is permitted for registration.
  • For Federal and Provincial government offices, an invoice must be requested upon registration.
